The client was searching for a platform that connects people who need legal representation with attorneys that specialize in their specific case law. They wanted to provide better client conversations that decrease administrative expenses and speed up case resolution

Our Solution 

Bellurbis provided a software platform for the Attorney’s back office with workflows and document management and communication management. Some of the key features of this platform were:

  • Create a private, secure account for our client’s entire staff
  • Set up mass tort litigations and add plaintiff cases
  • Invite plaintiffs to download the app and communicate with them via in-app chat
  • View all plaintiff activity on a single case page – a 360-degree view
  • Send notifications and reminders to their mobile phones
  • Review and prioritize daily tasks through a ticketing system
  • Publish requests to your clients’ app
