Which rise the need for a new CMS (Charger management system). This project needs a lot of research work as this is very new to the Indian market. Creating a new functional flow that acts as a foundation of the CMS and helps in reducing personal visits to reduce efforts and cost. Integration between the CMS and the CPO via OCPI1.1.2 is crucial and plays a pivotal role in running seamless operations. Innovation at Bellurbis Bellurbis proposed a system solution that would help clients in handling charging stations at various geographic locations in a much easy way and reduce their effort in coordinating between the various teams. We ensure that the new version of the application which also features public charging add value to the existing end user and enhances their experience of EV charging. Although this required the revamp of their existing application and web platform as well for seamless functioning. The Bellurbis team used an eMSP protocol called OCPI 2.1.1 (Open Charge Point Interface 2.1.1) to integrate the client’s charge management system with the charging stations with the help of which the end user can use the eMSP services for public charging where he can pre-schedule the charging booking, navigate to the charging station, Make payment for charging and get the real-time unit consumption on the application apart from that there are various other VAS features and the support which always help the end user where ever they stuck. This project includes the mentioned portals Internal Portal CPO Portal Customer Support Public Charging Application Home Charging Application Internal Portal This portal can be accessed by the internal user to create CPO, manage CPO, and various configurations such as tariffs and documents, Payments, CDR, etc. It gives full control to the internal user to manage the system accordingly. Reporting dashboard for the strategic decision making CPO Portal This is accessed by the charging station person to manage the charging station, charge bookings with the application user, and view payments and the OCPI 1.1.2 is the lifeline with which both the Internal and CPO portal communicated in real-time. Reporting dashboard gives the business insights. Customer Support This portal helps the customer support team to manage the support operations optimally and the end user of the application can come to the support section of the application in case of any functional and technical assistance required. The end user can raise the complaint and request which come to the customer support agent in the real time from there they can manage and take action on the request raised accordingly. Public Charging Application Here the user can search and navigate for a charge point operator, narrow down their search via various criteria, avail of the best charging rates, schedule charging booking with the CPO with time slots, and hassle-free payment system via spin wallet and paytm. Users can avail of various promotional offers and reward points. Track and manage their charging booking and customer support. This application gives real-time station updates, personalized user profiles, and integration with navigation systems or mobile apps for enhanced convenience through OCPI1.1.2. This web portal has multi-functionality and includes various roles/users such as PHC, Doctor, Admin, and Management and also maintains MIS reports and billing. It is a complete solution for tele consultations, remote diagnosis and real-time interactions between patients from distant/ rural/ semi-urban areas and doctors from anywhere across the state/country.  The Tele video consultation solution includes multiple modules (e.g., electronic medical record “EMR”, video and audio conferencing, integration with medical devices and telemedicine carts for vitals measurements, billing, patient-to-doctor workflow for consultations plus doctor-to-doctor workflow for education and a second opinion). Innovation at Bellurbis 1. PHC Primary Health Center that consists of a portal where new patients get registered by filling in all the details by the PHC technician. Once they’re done with all the formalities, the system will automatically generate their Patient ID (unique identifier). Existing patients can directly enroll by disclosing their Patient ID allotted earlier. The PHC doctor will fill in the case details page (symptoms, vitals, medical history, etc.) and refer to the doctor accordingly. 2. Doctor The dashboard given to the doctor displays all details of the referred patients. Video Consultation can be done easily between every patient and the doctor directly from PHC. Once the video consultation is done, doctors can prescribe the required tests/medicine to the patient. Video call recording can be saved on the server with patient’s case file number. 3. System Admin User will be responsible for Creating/Registering PHC and Doctor. Patient Queue Management – At the time of case file creation, the patient will be assigned to a doctor by the PHC. All subsequent assignments will be done by the system admin. Managing Doctor’s Zone – Moving doctors from one zone to another. This will be handled manually via Doctor Registering Screen. 4. MIS Billing We have built a unified billing system. Thus, the administrator can generate multiple financial billing reports for: The number of cases being diagnosed and their price. Doctor’s participation percentage and their charge. Detailed views of data and images being stored on the server. Different bills can be generated for PHC, doctors, and patients as well. All the statistical reporting features are user-defined so that all the users can edit and design new statistical reports anytime. 5. Government Dashboard This dashboard is accessed and checked by any government employee. 6. Super Admin Super admin is responsible for creating user database and password management for the MIS users & System admin. The planned system was complex enough to include the detection of battery type, voltages, temperature, capacity, state of charge, power consumption, remaining operating time, charging cycles, and more characteristics. The Bellurbis team used a network protocol called MQTT and used it to publish data on a given topic every few seconds and we subscribe the data from there, process it through Kafka and a few of our microservices, and store/send all the data points/packets to our Time Scale database which stores it and further displays the battery parameters on a BMS web-portal for the user to analyze and keep a track of all the activities related to current, voltage, temperature and many more parameters of a battery. What makes it even better is that they use this tool even in the offline mode i.e. without the internet as well. How do we do it? Each battery is having a memory SD card attached to it when the batteries are dispatched to the production floor. This SD is there to read and store all the pings/data packets that are being generated by the battery. Sometimes, if a battery loses its connection with the server and is not able to send data across, a user can retrieve that time data from this SD card. So, once we have the SD card with us, we copy the encrypted text file from the SD card and save it. This encrypted file can then be uploaded on the web portal and can be visualized after a series of steps. There is also a desktop application that we have created for the users to analyze the data on the systems without the internet. Also, they can anytime sync all their progress to the server once They are online and can visualize their saved data on the web portal anytime. How the updates work ? In the web portal, if a user wishes to track the exact location of a production/allotted battery they can do so by entering the IMEI/unique identification number of the battery for which they want to track, and the precise geolocation of that battery can be captured on the screen in the maps. With this, if a battery is behaving abnormally or gets shut down due to any reason we will be able to track and repair the affected battery for that client or customer by tracking it through this “Traceroute Matrix” section on the web portal. This web portal is designed in Angular and has a Java backend with a Timescale database. How does it affect the autonomous future? On the contrary, if we talk about the mobile app; this mobile app gives the EV user the ability to be in sync with its automobile battery and keep track of the battery health of its e-vehicle. A user can see the critical flags of the battery if the battery becomes inactive or faulty through this app and can contact support to have a replacement or repairman of the battery. How can the batteries last longer with time? The mobile app also gives the user the ability to install the FOTA updates on a battery. FOTA (Firmware Over The Air) are the updates related to a battery’s firmware which are essential for the batteries as they age to keep them up-to-date with all the new advancements. A battery, apart from being a hardware device, is connected to the Battery Management System through this Firmware component which will help the battery to know and install any new firmware updates available on the cloud server.
